Courtland is a Canadian entrepreneur, investor and corporate advisor with experience in venture capital, investment banking and capital markets, and has advised emerging companies across healthcare, technology and natural resources.
Early in his career, Courtland helped develop the investment banking division at Dundee Capital Markets, advising companies on capital raising and strategic transactions. At Brookstream, Courtland leads strategy, corporate development and strategic partnerships. Courtland studied Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Waterloo.
Peter Strang

Peter is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling ventures across multiple industries, and brings decades of experience in land development, regulatory permitting and strategic execution.
From 1982 to 1998, Peter built a strong presence in land development and permitting, navigating complex regulatory environments to move projects from concept to completion. At Brookstream, Peter sets land and regulatory strategy and leads developer relationships.
Jamie Mason

Jamie brings more than 15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, with a focus on practical engineering, regulatory compliance and efficient system delivery. Jamie founded Ontario Water Wastewater Consulting, delivering code-compliant solutions to public and private clients across Canada.
Jamie is a partner in Miranda Water Technologies, where he serves as Vice President of Solution Engineering and leads the design and implementation of the Miracell RBC and R/OCell systems. At Brookstream, Jamie leads treatment technology, plant design and commissioning.
